The Phillimores
Full Circle had over 40 pieces of art on display: in the main entrance hall (The Refectory); and in the communal areas around the building, including the public sculpture in the gardens. Formerly the Queen Elizabeth College for Women, The Phillimores in Kensington has recently been developed into one of London’s most prestigious residences comprising of 66 luxury apartments and houses. Provision of public works of art was included in the planning of the development from the initial design stage and the work in the gardens is an important feature of the development.
